MITA provides individual coaching on R&D programmes and assistance with funding proposals

Pre-Acceleration Programme

Participation in 3-month Pre-Acceleration Programme, including training and mentoring sessions. Best start-ups will participate in international acceleration programmes and other events

Space Award

MITA will cover the costs for attending the Galileo Masters Awards Ceremony for up to 2 members of the winning team

Eligibility

To participate, any applicant must be a natural or a legal person of an EU Member State or European Economic Area (EEA), European Neighbouring Countries (ENP), South/East countries or other countries with which the EU has space dialogues and cooperation: USA, Canada, Latin America, Africa, Gulf Cooperation Countries, Kazahstan, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand.

The 2021 Organiser

Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA)
The Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA) is the government institution responsible for implementing innovation policy in Lithuania. The Agency provides free-of-charge services for industry, academia, and government sectors that are willing to develop strong cooperation ties with international players and interested in obtaining financial support for research and innovation projects.

The main activity is the coordination of national activities and international programmes (HORIZON2020, EUREKA, EUROSTARS) of research, technological development and innovation and other financial schemes (innovation vouchers, protection of industrial property rights).

MITA also promotes business and science cooperation, the commercialisation of research and protection of intellectual property rights.
