The winner and two runners-up will be invited and supported to apply to the ESA Business Incubation Center (BIC) Northern Germany. Upon approval, incubatees will be eligible for an additional EUR 50,000 of funding from ESA and the State of Bremen.*
One year of rent-free co-working space at BITZ Bremen (Bremer Innovations- und Technologiezentrum) sponsored by Starthaus Bremen*, plus two days of tailored one2one business coaching provided by experts at Aviaspace and Starthaus Bremen
The winners and 2 runners-up can select an industry expert in order to receive feedback on their business idea during a business breakfast by Aviaspace Bremen
Aviaspace and Starthaus Bremen will promote the winning idea in dedicated marketing activities through their various distribution channels (e.g. website, mailings)
the winner will benefit from a free trip to the Awards Ceremony 2020
*In order to receive the cash prize and rent-free co-working space, the winning team has to be registered in Bremen. This also applies to applicants for the ESA BIC North Germany incubation programme.

Description of the 2020 Organiser
As part of the Bremen Innovation Cluster Strategy, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Europe assigned AVIASPACE BREMEN e.V. to implement the Space Industries and Aeronautics Strategy of the State of Bremen. The goal is to strengthen the space industries and aeronautics sectors through cross-clustering with other sectors such as the automotive industry, wind energy and shipbuilding.
Description of the 2020 Partners
Starthaus Bremen is an initiative of Bremen’s regional development bank, Bremer Aufbau-Bank GmbH (BAB), and is the first point of contact for founders, start-ups and people interested in starting their own business in the State of Bremen. As a multifunctional one-stop agency, Starthaus develops and combines all services aimed at the start-up community under one roof – from business and financial support to bespoke training, coaching and mentoring, including offers by Starthaus partners.
