deeptraffic 101 is a traffic management solution that exploits today’s increased vehicle-connectivity technologies to boost the effectiveness of traffic management. It is a web-based software-as-a-service solution that interfaces with existing traffic-management centres (utilising all current related standards) and third-party data sources.
This enables it to maintain a real-time view of the conditions in the road network to which the solution is applied. Moreover, the system will be capable of activating, monitoring, and de-activating connected vehicle services to effectively achieve the objectives of underlying traffic management strategies. Lastly, the solution can also provide personalised information and guidance to drivers of connected vehicles according to current trafficmanagement objectives.
